You agree that providing false information shall amount to your disqualification and forfeiture of any prize item or benefits that you win by participating in the events. EMP reserve the rights to withdraw your application based on the above grounds at any time without prior notice if it discovers any falsification of your submitted data. The information we collect is kept private and will not be shared with any third party either by way of partnering or re-marketing. We shall use your data for the purpose of the requirements of the events such as prize allocation, identification, and or communication, in accordance with the laws and directives of the Nigerian Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and any other regional Data Protection Laws.

The Ebira Mountaineering Project (EMP) and its organizers, partners, and affiliates disclaim any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur to participants during the event.

By participating in this event, participants acknowledge that they are aware of the risks involved, including but not limited to:

- Physical injuries, including but not limited to sprains, strains, broken bones, and head injuries
- Emotional trauma or stress
- Death

Participants agree to hold harmless the EMP, its organizers, partners, and affiliates, and to release them from any and all liability for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the event.
